HVAC Supervisor New Construction 2.5 2.5 out of 5 stars Sarasota, FL IES Holdings 10 reviews 23022 Bayonet Plumbing & HVAC Sarasota, Florida Job Description HVAC Supervisor - New Construction We are seeking an experienced HVAC Supervisor to oversee residential new construction HVAC projects in the Sarasota area. This role is responsible for managing crews, ensuring quality installations, maintaining safety standards, and keeping projects on schedule. Responsibilities Supervise HVAC installers, technicians, and subcontractors Read blueprints and coordinate installations on new construction sites Conduct site inspections, integrity tests, and quality assurance checks Ensure compliance with OSHA and company safety standards Manage scheduling, labor, materials, and project progress Train and mentor field employees Maintain strong communication with builders, project managers, and customers Perform additional duties as assigned Specific Qualifications Qualifications Minimum 4 years HVAC installation experience Supervisory experience preferred Strong knowledge of HVAC systems and installation practices Ability to read blueprints and measure walls Excellent leadership and customer service skills Basic computer skills required Bilingual ( ) is a plus Valid driver's license with a clean 5-year driving record Clean background screening and pass a drug test Physical Requirements Ability to lift up to 50 lbs., climb ladders, bend, and work in outdoor construction environments Join a growing team committed to quality workmanship, safety, and customer satisfaction.
