Tampa, FL Job Details Contract $30 - $36 an hour 1 day ago Qualifications Workplace safety English Schedule management Driver's License Construction industry experience Problem-solving Construction subcontract management Construction drawings Leadership Full Job Description Position Overview We are seeking an experienced Construction Foreman to manage day-to-day operations on active construction and renovation projects. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and capable of coordinating subcontractors, maintaining quality standards, identifying field issues, and keeping projects moving according to schedule. Responsibilities Manage daily jobsite operations and field activities. Coordinate subcontractors, trades, and company labor. Review and understand construction drawings and project scope. Monitor workmanship, progress, and project schedule. Identify field conflicts and coordinate solutions with the Project Manager. Maintain jobsite safety, organization, and cleanliness. Coordinate material deliveries and inspections. Complete daily reports, progress photos, and punch lists. Hold subcontractors accountable for quality and completion. Communicate project progress and issues to the Project Manager. Qualifications 3+ years of construction field experience. Previous foreman or similar leadership experience preferred. Ability to read and understand construction drawings. Strong knowledge of construction sequencing and trade coordination. Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. English required; bilingual English/Spanish is a plus. What We're Looking For We want someone who takes ownership of the jobsite, identifies problems before they become delays, follows up with subcontractors, and keeps the Project Manager informed. Full-Time | Monday-Friday |
Tampa Bay Area Pay:
$30.00 - $36.00 per hour Expected hours: 30.0 - 50.0 per week
