Mechanical Piping Foreman LEAD Staffing Tampa, FL Job Details Full-time $34 - $40 an hour 1 day ago Qualifications OSHA 10 Occupational Safety And Health Administration Outreach Training Program 30-Hour Construction industry experience Budgeting Hand tools Mechanical knowledge ProCore Full Job Description We are looking for a dependable Mechanical Piping Foreman with hospital project experience who can lead crews, maintain safety standards, and keep projects on schedule and within budget. This position requires both leadership and hands-on field work when needed. Responsibilities Lead and supervise mechanical piping crews on job sites Coordinate daily activities and ensure projects stay on schedule Maintain job site safety and enforce OSHA standards Read and execute project schedules and blueprints Order and manage materials and site logistics Complete project safety documentation using a tablet Collaborate with construction managers and trade partners Perform journeyman-level pipefitting work as needed Manage crews of up to 10 workers Qualifications Previous Mechanical Piping Foreman experience required Hospital construction experience required Journeyman-level pipefitting knowledge OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 preferred Procore experience preferred Ability to read schedules, blueprints, and project plans Strong leadership and communication skills Ability to manage budgets, manpower, and materials Must have standard journeyman pipefitter hand tools Pay & Benefits $34-$40/hr DOE Steady work opportunity Professional team environment Opportunity for growth Apply today to join a growing team committed to quality, safety, and excellence.
