We're looking for an experienced Electrical Foreman to lead jobs in the field—someone who can run a crew, keep work on schedule, and take a project from start to finish with minimal hand-holding. We handle a mix of residential and commercial work, and we want a leader who takes pride in the craft and holds the team to a high standard. What You'll Do Lead and direct field crews on residential and commercial jobs. Read and interpret plans and blueprints, then translate them into daily work. Keep jobs on schedule, on spec, and up to code. Coordinate with the office on materials, manpower, and timelines, and communicate clearly with clients on site. Enforce safety standards and company procedures, and mentor apprentices and helpers as they grow. What We're Looking For Proven experience leading electrical crews and managing jobs start to finish. Strong knowledge of the NEC and Florida electrical code, and the ability to read plans confidently. Solid leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license. Ability to work full-time, lift 50 lbs, and work from ladders. Must follow all safety standards and company procedures. What We Offer Full-time, W-2 position with pay based on experience ($22-$38/hr). Truck and gas allowance. Tools provided as needed. Paid time off after two years.
