We are currently seeking safety-conscious, skilled, and motivated professionals to join our team. Ongoing professional development is encouraged — ensuring Wave electricians remain at the top of the field. ____________________________________________________________________________________ About the Role Experienced Electrical Foreman needed to lead field crews on industrial and commercial projects. Hands-on leadership role responsible for safety, crew coordination, quality control, and on-schedule delivery in a high-focus, productive environment. Responsibilities Ensure all activities comply with company safety policies, OSHA standards, applicable electrical codes, and NFPA requirements Conduct toolbox talks and enforces all safety policies Supervise and direct a crew of journeymen and apprentices Coordinate daily work assignments and monitor progress Ensure work complies with NEC, drawings, and project specifications Communicate with project managers on scheduling, materials, and manpower Troubleshoot issues in the field and provide technical guidance Requirements Knowledge of OSHA safety regulations; OSHA 30 Certification is a plus 5+ years of commercial or industrial electrical experience, including supervisory experience Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills Ability to read plans, specs, and one-line diagrams Valid driver's license; willingness to travel between job sites ____________________________________________________________________________________ What We Offer Competitive salary based on experience and certifications Professional growth in a safety-oriented environment Health insurance, retirement contributions, paid time off, continuing education support, and vehicle/fuel provisions
