Overview Our work is across the Florida Panhandle as well as Southern Alabama and Georgia. Duties Full job layout and squaring Material takeoffs and counts Completion of daily reports Maintain clear communication at all levels Form slab foundations using wood Lay out footers Dig and prep footings Tie rebar per plans/specs Skills Strong leadership and crew management Delegating tasks Maintaining project schedule Screeding Hand finishing (float, trowel, edging) Operate trowel machine Understanding of elevations and basic layout Works efficiently with minimal supervision Ability to read a tape measure Ability to use a shovel, hand float, and trowel Bilingual in English & Spanish is preferred but not required

Pay:

$1,100.00 - $1,900.00 per week
