Foreman -Heavy Civil Construction

Foreman - Heavy Civil Construction We are seeking an experienced Foreman to oversee daily field operations for heavy civil construction projects, including utility work, grading, excavation, and site development. This role is responsible for leading crews, ensuring safety compliance, and keeping projects on schedule.

Responsibilities:

Supervise and lead construction crews Coordinate daily job site activities Read and interpret blueprints and project plans Ensure safety standards are followed Monitor productivity and job progress Communicate with project managers and field staff Maintain daily reports and documentation Train and support crew members

Qualifications:

Experience in heavy civil construction preferred Knowledge of grading, excavation, and underground utilities Strong leadership and communication skills Ability to read construction drawings Valid driver's license required OSHA certification and bilingual skills are a plus

Work Environment:

Outdoor construction sites Physical work in varying weather conditions
