You will be the Completion Supervisor Flight Line- Level 3 for the Flight Line Operations team which is responsible for overseeing flight‑line completion activities and ensuring safe, on‑time aircraft readiness. What You Will Be Doing As the Completion Supervisor Flight Line
- Level 3 you will be responsible for directing represented mechanics and electricians, managing work assignments, and maintaining safety and quality standards on the flight line.

MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN
- This position is located at a facility that requires special access.
Basic Qualifications:
- Production or manufacturing experience.
- Previous supervisory experience or experience leading others.
- Flight Line experience.
Desired Skills:
- Appropriate degree from an accredited college, or equivalent experience/combined education.
- Working knowledge of Lockheed Martin Aeronautics systems.
- Ability to maintain adherence to all established procedures and successfully pass all audits.
- Attributes of a strong leader and effective communicator.
- Positive attitude and good temperament.
- Highly motivated and willing to drive change.
- Requires minimal oversight.
- Willing to work significant overtime on any shift which may include rotating assignments on weekends.
- Strong computer and organizational skills.

The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.Work Schedules:
Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits. Schedule for thisPosition:
