Apprenticeship, Leadership Training & Skill Development Position Summary The Electrical Foreman supports the Superintendent and/or Project Manager by leading field crews and assisting with the installation, modification, and repair of electrical systems, conductors, and associated materials and equipment on assigned projects. This role functions as a crew leader / working foreman , overseeing smaller projects or portions of larger projects while ensuring safety, quality, and productivity standards are met. Key Responsibilities Lead and direct field personnel on assigned projects or work tasks Plan and organize work activities for maximum efficiency and productivity Ensure materials are ordered, received, and available on schedule Maintain required personal tools as directed by leadership Ensure compliance with company policies, safety manuals, and procedures Direct field installation of electrical systems, conduit, wiring, and equipment Coordinate work to meet project schedules and production goals Ensure crew adherence to safety standards and company guidelines Perform all other duties as assigned Preferred Skills & Qualifications Strong commercial and industrial electrical background Strong troubleshooting skills using test equipment (DMM, Megger, PQM, UCT, IR Camera, etc.) Strong knowledge of National Electrical Code (NEC) OSHA 30, CPR, and First Aid training preferred Ability to operate and maintain a service vehicle safely Professional communication skills (written and verbal) Ability to maintain organized jobsite documentation and records Strong time management and productivity skills Ability to work on rotating 24-hour call schedule as needed Strong leadership and crew management ability Proficient with basic computer and documentation tools

Minimum 2 years electrical experience preferred Working Conditions Work in all weather conditions (heat, cold, rain, snow) Work at heights up to 90 feet on ladders, scaffolds, lifts, and platforms Work in confined spaces (manholes, switchgear rooms, crawl spaces, tunnels) Must wear required PPE at all times Overtime, night shifts, and travel/out-of-town work may be required Physically demanding field construction environment Use of ladders and construction equipment required Physical & Mental Requirements Identify wire colors and electrical components Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and drawings Operate manual and automatic transmission vehicles Lift up to 50 lbs frequently (20 lbs regularly) Climb ladders and work at elevated heights Bend, stoop, kneel, crawl, squat, push, pull, and reach overhead Stand and walk for extended periods Perform repetitive hand and arm movements Maintain awareness in active construction environments Safely use tools and equipment Equal Opportunity Employer Ace Electric, Inc. is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
