Ronnies Plumbing LLC Ronnies Plumbing LLC is seeking an experienced and motivated Plumbing Foreman to oversee and manage plumbing crews on large-scale projects across the state of Florida. This position requires strong leadership skills, a high level of technical expertise, and the ability to coordinate with Project Managers, vendors, and teams in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have proven supervisory experience, strong communication skills, and proficiency with industry-standard software such as Bluebeam, Procore, and Raken. Roles & Responsibilities Crew Leadership & Supervision Lead and manage plumbing crews on multifamily, commercial, and residential projects. Ensure all work complies with plumbing codes, company standards, and project specifications. Provide hands-on guidance, training, and mentorship to team members. Project Coordination Collaborate directly with Project Managers and General Contractors to align schedules, goals, and deliverables. Record and track labor hours, crew productivity, materials used, and delivery schedules. Submit daily and weekly reports using Raken and Procore. Attend jobsite meetings in person or remotely if necessary. Responsible for material orders and inventory. Planning & Logistics Oversee procurement, delivery, and inventory of materials and equipment. Anticipate project needs to avoid delays and ensure all crews have required tools and supplies. Manage onsite problem-solving and adapt to changes quickly. Administrative Duties Manage email communications with Project Managers, suppliers, and office staff in a timely and professional manner. Utilize Bluebeam for drawing reviews, markups, and coordination. Keep accurate records of inspections, compliance reports, and safety logs. Deadlines & Quality Control Drive crews to meet tight deadlines without compromising quality. Ensure final inspections are completed on time and pass with minimal corrections. Address and resolve field issues efficiently while maintaining project timelines. Expectations Willingness to travel extensively to any project locations. Ability to handle multiple job sites and balance priorities effectively. Must demonstrate leadership through accountability, professionalism, and problem-solving. Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to work across multiple teams. Strong organizational skills to track hours, materials, and schedules accurately. Proficiency in Bluebeam, Procore, and Raken is required. Maintain a safety-first culture and ensure compliance with OSHA and company safety standards. Represent Ronnies Plumbing LLC in a professional manner with clients, contractors, and employees. Base Pay- 50-70k (wage based on experience and performance determined by Owners) Incentives
