Time management skills and attention to detail are essential for this role. You will need to coordinate with managers to plan ahead so that the supplies and materials needed are available at the right time. You will need to keep track of time to stay within budget on each project. You should be familiar with operating machines and tools commonly used on construction jobs.

• REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum of at least one year experience as a landscape installation crew leader/supervisior is required Able to confidently identify and use common hand tools, power tools, and machinery in the safe and proper manner Must have a valid Georgia driver's license Must complete a background check with no major criminal history Must be able to pass randomly performed drug tests (without needing time to "study" for them) Able to walk and stand for extended periods without difficulty Able to lift 95 pounds unassisted Able to repeatedly lift and carry 20 pounds for a minimum distance of 20 yards at least 20 times in a row without pause or assistance Able to lift and carry 50 pounds for a minimum distance of 25 yards unassisted Able to perform tasks requiring repetitive shoulder/arm/wrist/hand movements for extended periods without difficulty Able to carry out physically demanding tasks while working unassisted in standing, kneeling, crouched, or hunched over positions for extended periods outdoors in various weather conditions•
