Come Join the Team at 58 Foundations and Waterproofing! We're looking for a Poly Foreman with prior hands-on experience in polyurethane injection, crack repair, or concrete restoration . This experience is required and critical to successfully leading our poly crew. This is a working foreman role responsible for overseeing polyurethane (poly) injection projects, ensuring high-quality installation, and consistently delivering a 5‑star customer experience. You will own the execution of each job—from site assessment through final walkthrough. The ideal candidate brings strong leadership, technical knowledge of crack repair, and the ability to manage a crew while maintaining efficiency, safety, and workmanship standards. What We Offer Competitive pay, weekly incentives, and excellent benefits including: Medical, dental, and vision insurance Flexible spending account Life insurance 401(k) with company match Paid time off Advancement opportunities within a growing company Year-round, consistent work Duties / Responsibilities Lead and supervise a crew performing polyurethane crack injection and waterproofing repairs Assess foundation cracks and determine proper injection strategy (port placement, material type, pressure, sequencing) Perform and oversee drilling, port installation, and poly injection to ensure full crack penetration and proper seal Ensure all work meets company quality standards and manufacturer specifications Train and coach installers on proper techniques, safety protocols, and job efficiency Plan daily workflow, assign tasks, and ensure projects are completed on schedule Troubleshoot job site challenges, including active leaks, hidden cracks, and material flow issues Communicate clearly with homeowners to explain the repair process and set expectations Deliver a 5‑star customer service experience from arrival through final walkthrough Complete all required documentation, job notes, and photos accurately and on time Ensure tools, injection equipment, and materials are properly maintained and stocked Enforce all safety policies and procedures on every job site Coordinate with the Operations Manager and Production team regarding job progress, issues, or changes Physical Requirements Lift a minimum of 60 lbs Work in confined spaces such as basements and crawlspaces Stand, kneel, crouch, and crawl for extended periods Operate drills, pumps, and injection equipment Work in varying weather conditions, including extreme heat and cold Work Experience / Qualifications Prior experience with polyurethane injection, crack repair, or concrete restoration (required) 2+ years of construction, waterproofing, or foundation repair experience preferred Leadership or crew management experience required Strong understanding of waterproofing systems and crack behavior Ability to diagnose issues and adjust repair methods in real time Experience using power tools, drills, and injection equipment Strong communication and customer service skills Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and efficiency Other Requirements Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Reliable transportation to the base office daily Ability to pass a background check and drug test Strong work ethic, accountability, and leadership mindset Willingness to work overtime and flexible hours as needed Vanterra Foundation Solutions is an
