Responsibilities Assist in remodeling projects by performing demolition, framing, and finishing work. Operate heavy equipment safely and efficiently as required for various tasks. Build structures according to project specifications and schematics. Utilize power tools for cutting, shaping, and assembling materials. Apply caulking and sealants as needed for weatherproofing and insulation. Perform masonry work including bricklaying and concrete pouring. Fabricate components as per project requirements, ensuring quality standards are met. Install drywall and perform trim carpentry to enhance the aesthetic appeal of finished spaces. Maintain a clean and organized work environment to promote safety and efficiency on-site. Skills Proficiency in remodeling techniques and practices.
