What You'll Own Lead daily field operations on civil construction projects Coordinate crews, equipment, and materials Read and interpret plans and specifications Set grade and verify work quality Oversee installation of sewer, water, storm drain, and underground utilities Operate heavy equipment as needed Maintain safe, productive jobsites Communicate with Project Managers, inspectors, subcontractors, and customers Train and develop crew members Identify problems early and help implement solutions Take ownership of project outcomes What We're Looking For 5+ years of civil construction experience Previous foreman or crew leadership experience Experience reading plans and specifications Experience setting grade Underground utility installation experience Heavy equipment operating experience Strong communication and leadership skills Valid driver's license Bonus Points For

CDL OSHA
