We are a premier, family-owned commercial contractor that has been proudly doing business in Hawaii for over 40 years. We specialize in complete exterior commercial building renovations, including painting, waterproofing, sealants, concrete spall repair, carpentry, and fluid-applied roofing.
Pay Range:
$35.00 - $42.00 per hour (commensurate with experience)
Job Type:
Full-time Job Responsibilities:
As a Foreman, you will lead field operations, manage crews, and ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget. Lead and supervise trade work in painting, spall repair, waterproofing, and carpentry. Manage and track project budgets by hours. Complete daily job reports and document unit price work accurately. Conduct daily safety inspections and maintain a strict safety culture on-site.
Applicant Qualifications are:
Experience:
10+ years of experience in painting, spall repair, waterproofing, and/or carpentry (Required).
License:
Valid driver's license
Screening:
Must be drug-free and able to pass a pre-employment drug screen.
Education:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Skills:
Strong work ethic, positive attitude, and excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
