What You'll Do:

Lead and supervise a crew of 1-2 laborers Plan daily work and keep projects on schedule Oversee fencing installation and job site operations Manage materials, equipment, and safety compliance Train new team members and track crew hours

Requirements:

3+ years experience of fencing required. Do not apply if you do not have experience Prior supervisory experience preferred Valid driver's license Able to lift 70+ lbs and work outdoors Strong communication and leadership skills
