Responsibilities include:

quality control, safety, managing daily operations, adherence to schedule, etc.

Work includes:

framing, doors, cabinets, specialties, etc. Local work location. Responsibilities Supervise daily construction activities and manage the performance of the construction crew. Utilize construction management software to track project progress and ensure adherence to timelines. Develop and maintain project schedules. Read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and technical drawings to guide construction efforts. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards on-site. Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to facilitate smooth operations. Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and address any issues that arise. Provide training and mentorship to team members, fostering a collaborative work environment. Qualifications Proven experience in a supervisory role within the construction industry. Strong knowledge of construction management principles and practices. Proficiency in using construction management software including Bluebeam for project documentation. Excellent skills in blueprint reading and understanding of schematics. Ability to effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high-quality standards. Strong communication skills to liaise effectively with team members, clients, and other stakeholders. Familiarity with project scheduling techniques and tools such as Primavera or Prolog is preferred.
