Quality "Plus" Services Lead the Power Behind Mission Critical Infrastructure Quality "Plus" Services is actively hiring a Data Center Electrical Foreman to lead crews on a high profile, mission critical data center project in Cedar Rapids, Iowa. This role is ideal for a proven leader who understands the demands, precision, and pace of large scale data center construction and is ready to run crews where uptime, quality, and safety are non negotiable. If you've led teams on critical power, UPS systems, switchgear, or large conduit packages , we want to talk to you. What You'll Be Responsible For Lead and supervise electrical crews on mission critical / data center projects Drive productivity, quality, and schedule compliance in a fast paced environment Plan daily work activities, manpower, and material needs Read and interpret complex data center drawings, one lines, and specs Coordinate with project managers, GCs, inspectors, and other trades Oversee installation of: Underground and above ground conduit Cable tray and racking systems Feeders, branch circuits, grounding, and bonding Switchgear, PDUs, UPS systems, and critical distribution Enforce OSHA and site specific safety requirements Conduct job briefings and toolbox talks Track labor hours, material usage, and production goals Maintain daily reports, timekeeping, and documentation Mentor journeymen and apprentices to build a high performance crew Required Experience 5+ years commercial electrical experience Foreman or lead experience on large scale commercial or industrial projects Data center or mission critical experience strongly preferred Solid understanding of NEC and commercial electrical systems Strong leadership, communication, and decision making skills Ability to manage multiple work areas and crews Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Highly Preferred Proven experience on data centers, hyperscale, or critical facilities Experience with: Switchgear and large distribution systems UPS and backup power systems OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 Experience working on tight schedules and zero failure environments Pay, Perks & Project Details $41 - $45/hour , depending on experience Per Diem available for travelers (project based) Overtime regularly available Long term mission critical project Strong safety culture and professional jobsite Opportunity to work on resume defining data center builds Why Quality "Plus" Services Quality "Plus" Services specializes in supplying top tier electrical talent to data center, mission critical, commercial, and industrial projects nationwide .
