In this vital role, you will lead installation teams, oversee construction activities, and ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards. Your expertise in construction management, blueprint reading, and various trade skills will drive successful project outcomes while fostering a collaborative and safety-conscious work environment. This position offers an exciting opportunity to showcase your leadership abilities and technical proficiency in a fast-paced, growth-oriented setting. Lead and coordinate the installation of PEMB structures, including framing, roofing, wall panels, and accessories with precision and efficiency. Supervise installation teams, assign tasks, monitor progress, and ensure adherence to project timelines and safety protocols. Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to guide accurate assembly and installation processes. Oversee site preparation activities such as concrete forming, masonry work, and foundation inspections to ensure a solid base for structures. Manage the use of hand tools, power tools, heavy equipment operation, and fabrication equipment necessary for installation tasks. Conduct construction inspections to verify quality standards are met throughout each phase of the project. Collaborate with project managers, contractors, and clients to coordinate schedules, resolve issues promptly, and maintain clear communication. Ensure all work complies with safety regulations including OSHA standards; promote a culture of safety among team members. Perform restoration or repair work as needed to address site-specific challenges or modifications during construction. Proven experience leading PEMB or metal building installation projects with a strong understanding of construction management principles. Extensive knowledge of blueprint reading, schematics, construction inspection techniques, and site safety protocols. Hands-on experience with a wide range of construction trades including carpentry (frame carpentry, trim carpentry), metal roofing (roofing systems), simple saver installation, metal siding installation, and PEMB structure installation. Skilled in operating power tools such as drills, saws; heavy equipment operation is a plus. Familiarity with construction software like Bluebeam for plan viewing and Procore is highly desirable for accurate project planning. Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage teams effectively while maintaining high safety standards. Excellent communication skills for coordinating with clients and team members across multiple trades. Knowledge of construction schematics and technical drawings to ensure precise execution of projects.
