What You'll Do:

As a Lead Construction Foreman, you'll be hands-on in the field leading light commercial construction projects, from doors and hardware to glazing, framing, and concrete work. You'll work alongside your team to keep jobs moving, solve problems in real time, and deliver high-quality results. This is a great opportunity for someone ready to step into a leadership role while staying hands-on. You'll take ownership in the field, build your leadership skills, and play a key role in delivering high-quality projects.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

Perform and lead installation work (doors, hardware, glazing, framing, concrete, and finish work) Keep projects on track by organizing daily tasks and maintaining job site flow Support and guide technicians and apprentices in the field Communicate with team members, subcontractors, and other trades Identify and resolve issues quickly to maintain quality and timelines Maintain a clean, safe, and job-ready work environment Track job progress, materials, and updates using internal systems

What We're Looking For:

3+ years of construction experience Strong working knowledge across multiple scopes (doors, framing, glazing, etc.) Experience leading or mentoring others on job sites Ability to stay organized and keep work moving in a fast-paced environment Willingness to travel (up to 50%) and support occasional after-hours work Valid driver's license

Physical Requirements:

Able to lift up to 100 lbs occasionally and 60 lbs regularly Comfortable working at heights up to 60 feet, including climbing ladders, scaffolds, and aerial lifts Regularly performs tasks involving squatting, kneeling, crawling, pushing, pulling, and reaching overhead Capable of moving and setting up ladders and materials without assistance Ability to identify problems or potential issues in systems and respond appropriately under supervision Ability to work in varying environmental conditions, including exposure to heat, cold, and electrical hazards with appropriate PPE PowerTech is committed to providing equal employment opportunities in an inclusive and respectful workplace.
