This is a hands-on leadership role for a skilled HVAC professional who can run jobs efficiently, maintain high-quality standards, and lead teams in the field.

Pay:

$40/hr+

DOE What You'll Do:

Lead and supervise commercial HVAC installation crews of 2-6 technicians Oversee daily jobsite operations, workflow, and productivity Read and interpret blueprints, mechanical drawings, and specifications Coordinate manpower, materials, and job sequencing to keep projects on schedule Perform and oversee installation of ductwork, RTUs, piping, and related HVAC systems Apply strong sheet metal fabrication skills for custom ductwork and fittings Ensure all work meets company standards, safety requirements, and local codes Communicate with project managers, general contractors, and other trades on-site Track job progress, labor, and materials usage Maintain a clean, safe, and organized jobsite at all times

What We're Looking For:

5+ years of commercial HVAC experience required Journeyman HVAC license required Proven experience leading crews of 2-6 technicians Strong sheet metal fabrication and commercial installation experience Ability to read blueprints and manage full jobsite workflow Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills Safety-first mindset with strong attention to detail and quality Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
