Position Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Foreman to lead crews on commercial and industrial construction projects. This role is responsible for managing field operations, maintaining safety and quality standards, coordinating with project teams, and ensuring projects stay on schedule. -Responsibilities Lead and supervise electrical crews on job sites. Promote and enforce safety standards and OSHA requirements. Plan manpower needs and manage daily work activities. Coordinate with project managers, contractors, and other trades. Review blueprints, specifications, and electrical drawings. Monitor productivity, schedules, and project progress. Troubleshoot field issues and ensure quality installations. Mentor apprentices and electricians. Maintain project documentation and daily reports. Utilize Procore, BIM, Outlook, and Microsoft Teams for project communication and tracking. -Qualifications Experience leading commercial or industrial electrical crews. Minimum 2 years of experience in a Foreman or leadership role. Strong knowledge of NEC code and electrical installation practices. Ability to read and interpret blueprints and specifications. Journeyman Electrician License preferred. OSHA 10 certification preferred. Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills. -Why Apply? Work Environment:

Work is performed on active commercial construction sites throughout the Des Moines metro area. This position combines hands-on field leadership with project coordination in a fast-paced, safety-focused environment. Job Type & Location This is a Permanent position based out of Des Moines, IA. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $75000.00 - $105000.00/yr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
