Roofing Foreman

Position Overview We are seeking an experienced Commercial Roofing Foreman to lead crews on commercial roofing projects. This role is responsible for overseeing job sites, ensuring safety compliance, maintaining quality standards, and keeping projects on schedule. Key Responsibilities Supervise and lead a crew of commercial roofers Plan, coordinate, and execute daily job site activities Ensure all work is completed safely and in compliance with OSHA standards Read and interpret blueprints and specifications Train and mentor crew members Communicate with project managers regarding progress, materials, and timelines Perform hands-on roofing work as needed Maintain job site cleanliness and organization Qualifications 3+ years of commercial roofing experience (foreman or leadership experience preferred) Strong knowledge of roofing systems (TPO, EPDM, PVC, metal, etc.) Ability to lead a team and manage multiple priorities Experience with safety protocols and OSHA standards Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work at heights Valid driver's license and reliable transportation What We Offer Competitive pay (based on experience) Health, dental, and vision insurance Paid time off and holidays Opportunities for advancement Steady, year-round work Supportive team environment Why Join Brockway Mechanical? $30.00 - $35.00 per hour
