Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a skilled and motivated Residential Re-modeler to crew to bring transformative visions to life in homeowners' spaces. In this dynamic role, you will be responsible for executing comprehensive remodeling projects, ensuring high-quality craftsmanship, and delivering exceptional results. Your expertise will help revitalize interiors and exteriors, creating beautiful, functional living environments that exceed client expectations. This position offers an exciting opportunity to showcase your construction talents while working on diverse residential projects that challenge and inspire you every day. Duties Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and detailed construction drawings to accurately execute remodeling plans. Perform a wide range of carpentry tasks including framing, trim carpentry, door hanging, cabinet installation, and drywall finishing. Install and repair flooring, tile, stucco, plastering, masonry, and hardscape features to enhance aesthetic appeal and durability. Operate power tools and hand tools safely and efficiently for tasks such as concrete forming, concrete finishing, roofing, welding, and glass installation. Conduct plumbing and electrical work when required, adhering to safety standards and building codes. Manage construction site activities including heavy equipment operation, scaffolding setup, caulking, painting, restoration work, and masonry repairs. Ensure all work complies with safety regulations through regular inspections and quality control checks. Use construction management software like Bluebeam for project documentation and progress tracking. Collaborate with team members to coordinate schedules, materials procurement, and project timelines for seamless project execution. Experience Proven experience in residential remodeling or general construction with a strong portfolio of completed projects. Extensive knowledge of construction techniques including framing, roofing, masonry, drywall installation, flooring installation, tile laying, and painting. Familiarity with blueprint reading, schematics interpretation, construction estimating, inspection procedures, and construction management practices. Hands-on experience with plumbing systems, electrical wiring, glass installation, cabinet fitting, concrete forming/finishing, stucco application, plastering, welding, and heavy equipment operation. Ability to utilize hand tools and power tools safely while maintaining high standards of craftsmanship. Prior work on diverse residential projects demonstrating versatility across remodeling scopes such as restoration or hardscape enhancements. Strong understanding of safety protocols on construction sites coupled with excellent problem-solving skills to address unforeseen challenges efficiently.
