Job Description
Anderson Mechanical Corporation Lead Projects. Build Teams. Set the Standard. Anderson Mechanical Corporation is seeking experienced Plumbing Foremen and Superintendent who take pride in leadership, craftsmanship, accountability, and building successful projects through strong communication and teamwork. This role is more than installing plumbing systems — it is about leading people, developing crews, maintaining project performance, and representing Anderson the right way on every jobsite. We are looking for leaders who can drive production, maintain quality, communicate professionally, and create a culture of safety, ownership, and teamwork in the field. Responsibilities Lead commercial and industrial plumbing projects from start to finish Manage daily field operations, manpower, and production Coordinate with Project Managers, office staff, subcontractors, and general contractors Read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and schedules Plan work activities and maintain project progress Ensure quality workmanship and installation standards Maintain strong safety culture and jobsite organization Mentor and develop apprentices and field team members Identify and communicate jobsite issues proactively Track materials, equipment, and labor needs Maintain professionalism and represent Anderson positively on all projects What We're Looking For Proven experience leading plumbing crews and projects Strong knowledge of commercial and industrial plumbing systems Leadership mentality with strong communication skills Ability to organize manpower and maintain production schedules Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities Accountability, professionalism, and attention to detail Ability to build trust and lead teams effectively Commitment to safety, quality, and craftsmanship Experience reading plans and coordinating field installation Valid driver's license required What Success Looks Like Projects stay organized, productive, and moving forward Crews operate with accountability and professionalism Safety remains a top priority every day Quality workmanship is delivered consistently Communication between field and office remains strong Team members grow and improve under your leadership Clients and contractors trust Anderson because of your leadership and execution What We Offer Competitive compensation Long-term career growth opportunities Strong leadership team and company support Opportunity to lead high-level commercial and industrial projects Team-focused culture built on unity, ownership, and accountability Stable and growing company environment Company committed to developing leaders from within Why Anderson?
