Job Summary We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Experienced Rough Carpentry Foreman to lead and oversee all aspects of rough carpentry operations on construction sites. This role involves managing teams, coordinating construction schedules, reviewing blueprints and schematics, and ensuring safety compliance throughout the project lifecycle. The ideal candidate will bring extensive construction site experience, strong management skills, and proficiency with construction management software to deliver projects efficiently, safely, and to the highest quality standards. Duties Lead and supervise rough carpentry crews, ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, and according to project specifications and schedules Review construction drawings, schematics, and technical drawings to interpret project requirements accurately Conduct regular site inspections to monitor quality control, safety compliance (including OSHA and federal safety regulations), and adherence to construction regulations Utilize construction management software such as ProCore, Bluebeam, and other tools for project documentation, progress tracking, and communication Oversee construction safety management programs, enforce OSHA standards, and conduct safety meetings to promote a safe working environment Collaborate with project managers on scheduling adjustments, project scope changes, and technical issues involving blueprints or schematics Supervise team performance through effective crew management, training, and managerial communication skills Review construction schedules for accuracy and coordinate schedule updates with project stakeholders Qualifications Extensive experience in heavy commercial or industrial construction environments with a focus on rough carpentry Proven supervisory experience managing teams in a fast-paced construction setting Strong knowledge of blueprint reading, schematics interpretation, and technical drawing review Proficiency with construction management software including ProCore, Bluebeam, and Forma for scheduling and project tracking Familiarity with OSHA standards and federal construction safety regulations; demonstrated ability to enforce safety protocols on-site Experience managing contracts, budgets, and procurement processes within a construction project context Excellent communication skills for managing teams effectively and coordinating with project stakeholders Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail in quality control and schedule coordination Construction site experience with a strong understanding of safety procedures related to heavy equipment use and crew supervision Join us as an Experienced Rough Carpentry Foreman where your leadership will directly impact the success of complex projects.
