$28•35/hr (based on experience) We're Larson Guth Construction — a growing company based in the Treasure Valley — and we're looking to bring on an experienced Foreman for Grading and Utilites. If you're confident managing people, know site work inside and out, and can lead a small crew on commercial jobs, we want to talk.

What You'll Be Doing:

Running equipment like excavators, dozers, loaders, and compactors Leading a crew of 1-2 on grading and excavation tasks Reading and understanding site plans and civil drawings Keeping your site organized, productive, and safe Staying hands-on — you're not just pointing and directing Checking and maintaining your equipment daily

What We're Looking For:

3+ years of civil construction experience (grading, utilities, site work) Proven ability to operate a variety of heavy equipment safely and efficiently Ability to read civil plans and take initiative Leadership skills — can keep a crew moving Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Able to lift 50+ lbs and work in all weather conditions Drug-free — pre-employment and random drug tests required Bonus if you have: Foreman or lead operator experience Familiarity with roadwork, drainage, utility tie-ins CPR/First Aid certified (not required, but a plus) Willingness/ ability to Travel Why Work With Us?
