Pipe Foreman

Mountain West Excavation is looking to fill an operating pipe foreman position. A good candidate will have 7+ years of experience as a heavy equipment operator with at least 3 of those operating a mainline hoe, and at least 1 year of experience as a pipe foreman. Experience on a pipe crew is required, grading experience is a plus. Experience handling and setting trench boxes 8'-20' deep required. Must have experience with all wet utilities (sewer, water, storm drain, PI, GI).

Job duties:

Responsible for the crew's safety Read and interpret plans Lead/assign tasks to a crew of 2-4 operators and laborers Perform the work according to company procedure Communicate with the company superintendent, the customer, and the crew Operate GPS equipment Pay and benefits: $35+ /hr depending on experience Company pickup/fuel card Company paid health insurance Paid holidays, paid time off Retirement/IRA, 3% company match
