JOB DESCRIPTION
As the Foreman, you will lead a crew in the installation of low‑slope commercial roofing systems. You are responsible for jobsite safety, productivity, quality control, and communication with superintendents and customers. You will be responsible for installation of all aspect of low slope (flat) commercial roofing systems, including: TPO, EPDM, PVC, modified bitumen, and liquid applied systems. Read and follow project plans, specifications. Operate hand tools, power tools, and roofing equipment safely and effectively. Perform detailed work including flashing, terminations, penetrations, and edge metal. Ensure all work meets company quality standards and complies with safety requirements. Work efficiently as the leader of a crew and help train less experienced team members. Maintain a clean, safe, and professional job site at all times.
QUALIFICATIONS
3-5+ years of experience installing commercial low‑slope roofing systems. Proven ability to lead and manage a roofing crew. Proficiency with TPO, EPDM, PVC, modified bitumen, liquid applied coatings. Strong understanding of roofing details, safety practices, and installation techniques. Ability to lift 50-75 lbs and work at heights in various weather conditions. Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license. Excellent communication, organization, and problem‑solving skills. Commitment to safety, quality, and teamwork. Ability to read plans and understand project specifications. Knowledge of NRCA best practices and manufacturer specifications.
