This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who prioritizes safety, takes pride in quality work, and is passionate about developing technicians into future leaders.
Compensation & Perks Pay Range :
$33.00
  • $39.00 per hour (based on experience, certifications, and skill level) PLUS sign on bonus and annual bonus Established company of 25 years

  • and long-term disability Paid vacation and sick leave; days can be carried over year over year Minimum 8 paid holidays + 1 floating holiday Ongoing training and advancement opportunities Position Overview As a Crew Chief, you are responsible for leading a team of 1-4 Tower Technicians and ensuring all work is completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards.
You are the primary point of accountability on-site and a direct link between the field and the home office. Key Responsibilities Lead, supervise, and mentor Tower Technicians Plan and execute daily construction activities Oversee all job site operations, including: Materials and inventory Tools and equipment Workforce coordination Develop, implement, and report: Daily construction plans Materials lists and requests Conduct Job Hazard Assessments (JHA) and daily safety tailgate meetings Enforce all safety protocols—no exceptions Ensure quality installation of antennas, radios, fiber, and RF systems Communicate daily progress and updates to leadership Train and develop crew members for advancement into leadership roles Leadership Expectations Be a mentor, coach, and example in the field Build a strong, safety-first team culture Hold crew members accountable while supporting their growth Develop the next generation of Crew Chiefs Qualifications & Requirements Minimum 3+ years of experience as a telecom foreman or lead technician Proven experience managing and leading field crews Authorized Climber Certification (required) Anritsu Sweep Certification Commscope Connector Tool Certification NSN or Ericsson PTID certifications Valid driver's license Ability to climb 200-300 feet and work in all weather conditions Ability to lift 50+ lbs Willingness to travel for extended durations What Success Looks Like Crews operate safely with zero incidents Projects are completed on time and within scope Technicians are growing and advancing Strong communication between field and office Triad Associates Inc. is a division of Concordia Group.
