We're a fast-growing, family-owned company of 50+ team members serving residential, commercial, and municipal customers throughout Northern Illinois. Unlike many companies in our industry, we are building something long-term: professional systems, strong leadership, great people, and a reputation customers trust. You'll work closely with our Project Coordinator and leadership team, but ultimately, we want someone who takes ownership.

Underground sewer, septic, or excavation installation experience Ability to run a job from start to finish without constant supervision Understand plans, grades, elevations, layouts, and real-world field problem solving Can operate equipment and also lead a crew Communicate professionally with homeowners and inspectors Takes pride in clean work that passes inspection the first time Care about customer experience just as much as technical execution Key Responsibilities Running septic and sewer installation projects start to finish Coordinating design, permitting, materials, and inspections Operating equipment and leading field crews Managing layouts, grades, elevations, and troubleshooting in the field Ensuring jobs pass inspection and are completed the right way Communicating professionally with homeowners and inspectors Delivering a clean finished product customers are thrilled with What We're Looking For 5+ years of sewer, septic, or similar excavation experience Experience running jobs and leading crews Strong understanding of grading, trenching, elevations, and layouts Equipment operating experience (excavator, skid steer, etc.) Someone who takes ownership and solves problems Professional, customer-focused, and takes pride in quality work Why Join Our Team?
