Job Overview BMAC is a growing residential design-build company serving the northwest suburbs. Check out www.bmac-services.com. We are seeking an experienced, hands-on Construction Foreman to oversee residential building and renovation projects. This role will lead our in-house trades, coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers, and serve as the key on-site liaison between BMAC's project management team and our clients. BMAC is on an exciting growth trajectory, offering significant opportunities for the right individual to expand their role, take on greater responsibility, and grow with the company. Responsibilities Lead on-site construction activities, ensuring projects progress according to schedule, budget, and specifications. Supervise and coordinate the work with BMAC's in-house labor, subcontractors, and vendors to maintain productivity and quality standards. This would include executing select carpentry and related work as well. Read and interpret scope of work documents, schematics, and construction plans to guide project execution accurately. Monitor safety protocols in compliance with OSHA regulations; conduct safety meetings and enforce safety procedures consistently. Manage project schedules using BMAC's construction management software to track schedule and BMAC's in-house labor. Oversee quality control measures, inspecting work for adherence to plans, codes, and client expectations. Report directly to BMAC's senior operations manager. Experience 5-10 years of carpentry experience. Proven supervisory experience in residential construction or related fields with a strong background in managing construction sites effectively.
Pay:
$35.00 - $50.00 per hour
