Roofing Service Foreman - Union Illinois Local 11

Job Summary All American Exterior Solutions is seeking an experienced Union Service Foreman (Illinois Local 11) to oversee service of commercial roofing construction projects. The Foreman will be responsible for servicing all types of commercial roofing, coordinating with office staff, communicating with onsite personnel, maintaining safety standards, and ensuring high-quality workmanship. This position requires strong leadership, communication, and construction management skills. Responsibilities Supervise and lead union field crews on job sites for service repairs and alterations Coordinate daily work activities with office personnel Ensure repairs are completed on time and within scope Maintain job site safety and OSHA compliance Communicate with project managers, suppliers, and office staff Monitor material utilization and inventory Ensure quality control and proper installation standards Complete daily reports and documentation via mobile device supplied by company Requirements Active member of Illinois Local 11 Union Minimum 5+ years construction experience , with leadership/foreman experience preferred Experience with commercial roofing systems required Strong organizational and communication skills Ability to read plans, email, and manage crew members Valid driver's license Must be authorized to work in the United States Compensation & Benefits Local 11 Foreman union wages Union benefits package Steady year-round work Opportunity for long-term growth with an established company Service truck and gas card
