In this role, you will coordinate teams, ensure quality craftsmanship, and deliver exceptional outdoor environments. Your leadership will drive project efficiency, safety, and customer satisfaction, making a lasting impact on our clients' outdoor spaces. This position offers an exciting opportunity to showcase your expertise in landscaping, horticulture, and construction while inspiring your team to achieve excellence. Duties Supervise daily operations on landscape construction sites, including installation of hardscapes, planting beds, sod/grading, drainage systems and other landscape features Coordinate and lead crews to complete projects on time, within scope, and according to quality standards Ensure all work complies with safety regulations and company policies to maintain a safe working environment Oversee the use of tools, equipment, and materials to maximize efficiency and minimize waste Collaborate with clients, designers, and project managers to clarify project specifications and address any issues promptly Conduct inspections of ongoing work to ensure adherence to company standards and client expectations Provide mentorship and training to team members in landscaping techniques, maintenance practices, and safety procedures Experience Minimum 5 years of supervising experience in landscape construction or related fields such as brick paving, drainage systems, and landscape installations. Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously Familiarity with tools and machinery used in landscaping and construction environments Must have minimum of 3 years experience in efficiently and safely operate skid steer loaders, track loaders, and excavators from 2-8 tons in size. Excellent communication skills for coordinating with clients, team members, and vendors Ability to troubleshoot issues quickly and adapt plans as needed for successful project completion Must have valid drivers license (CDL C or A is a plus) Must have experience driving trucks and trailers. Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
