8/23/2026 Position Overview As a Building Construction Foreman, you'll lead a crew of 3-4 team members in the construction of pre-engineered post-frame structures. You'll manage projects on-site, ensure quality craftsmanship, and help clients turn their building dreams into reality. What You'll Do Lead and supervise a crew of 3-4 field employees Build post-frame structures from the ground up Operate hand and power tools Manage job site safety and productivity Work outdoors year-round in varying weather conditions Enjoy a variety of job sites and daily tasks—no two days are the same Deliver top-quality results that provide lasting value for clients Leadership Development Foremen are critical leaders at Cleary Building Corp., responsible for building quality structures while developing the next generation of construction professionals. Beyond leading construction crews, Foremen have opportunities to participate in company-developed certificate and leadership programs through Cleary's Steelwood University including: Professional Human Development (PHD) Maximum Value Pricing (MVP) Industry Based Recurring Education-FIT Training Program Participation Cleary Building Corps. Foremen Council Foremen also play an important role in mentoring Foremen in Training and helping develop the next generation of Cleary leaders.
