This role is more than just managing labor onsite. We're looking for someone who can lead a crew, communicate professionally with homeowners, keep projects organized, and help ensure jobs are completed with a high level of quality, safety, and attention to detail.

luxury patios retaining walls outdoor kitchens fireplaces & fire features lighting pergolas & structures full outdoor living transformations We take pride in craftsmanship, organization, and creating a great experience for our clients from start to finish. Responsibilities Lead and manage field crew onsite daily Serve as primary onsite contact for homeowners Communicate project updates professionally with clients Read and execute construction/design plans Coordinate materials, equipment, and daily workflow Ensure projects stay on schedule and on quality standards Maintain clean, organized, and safe jobsites Problem solve onsite conditions as they arise Coordinate with operations/project management team Train and mentor crew members Qualifications Experience leading landscape construction or hardscape crews Strong communication and leadership skills Ability to read site plans and construction drawings Knowledge of paver installation, grading, drainage, retaining walls, and outdoor living construction Strong attention to detail Ability to manage multiple moving parts onsite Reliable transportation Valid driver's license Preferred Equipment operation experience Bilingual is a plus What We Offer Competitive pay based on experience Leadership opportunity within a growing company High-end design-build projects Supportive team environment Consistent project pipeline Opportunity for growth and long-term advancement
