We're looking for a skilled and motivated Landscape Construction Foreman to lead our field crews. This role is hands-on and leadership-focused. You'll be responsible for executing projects from start to finish while managing your crew, reading plans, and ensuring top-tier quality.What You'll Be Doing:
Lead crews in the installation of: Paver patios and walkways Segmental retaining walls Outdoor kitchens, fire pits, and other outdoor living features Grading, drainage, and site preparation Read and interpret landscape construction plans and blueprints Operate equipment including skid steers and excavators Communicate with project managers and clients as needed Ensure jobs are completed efficiently, safely, and up to standard Maintain a clean and organized job siteJob Requirements:
5+ years of experience in hardscape/landscape construction Leadership experience (foreman or crew lead preferred) Proficient with paver installation, wall systems, and outdoor features Can read and follow construction plans Experience operating skid steers, mini excavators, and basic tools Strong work ethic and a positive attitude Valid driver's license (CDL a plus)Perks and Benefits:
