Construction Supervisor

We're looking for an experienced, no-nonsense Siding & Construction Supervisor to lead crews, manage subcontractors, and deliver exceptional results for our homeowners — on time, on budget, and done right the first time. What You'll Do Oversee day-to-day field operations for siding, trim, and exterior construction projects from start to completion Manage subcontractor crews — holding them accountable to quality, safety, and timeline standards Serve as the primary point of contact for homeowners throughout the project lifecycle — setting expectations, communicating progress, and resolving concerns professionally Conduct pre-job site walks Perform quality control inspections at key project milestones and upon project completion Identify and document scope changes; communicate change orders clearly to both homeowners and the office Enforce all OSHA safety standards and company safety protocols on every job site Manage daily job logs, photo documentation, and progress updates in company systems Collaborate with the estimating and project management teams to ensure smooth handoffs and accurate scopes of work What You Bring 3+ years of experience in exterior construction supervision — siding, James Hardie, LP SmartSide, vinyl, or similar products strongly preferred Proven track record managing subcontractors and holding crews to quality and schedule standards Strong customer-facing skills — you're calm, professional, and know how to keep a homeowner informed and at ease Ability to read and interpret blueprints, scopes of work, and building specifications Working knowledge of construction safety regulations (OSHA 10 or 30 a plus) Valid driver's license and clean driving record Solid organizational skills — you can manage multiple active projects simultaneously without dropping the ball Comfortable with smartphone-based field tools, photo documentation, and basic digital communication What We Offer Competitive Pay Based on experience — we pay for performance Year-Round Work Company vehicle and gas Continued Training & Resources Everything you need to get the job done right Room to Grow Advancement opportunities as we scale Solid Team Work with people who take pride in their craft Ready to Lead?
