Construction/Roofing/Restoration Duties and Responsibilities Oversee roofing crews on commercial or residential projects Support canvassing efforts to drive consistent appointment flow Ensure work is completed according to project specifications, timelines, and safety standards Follow instructions and carry out plans effectively and timely Coordinate daily tasks, materials, and equipment Communicate progress and challenges to production manager and team Conduct job-site inspections and enforce company safety protocols Track activity and results using CRM tools (Salesforce, JobNimbus, etc.) Help maintain alignment between sales, operations, and production teams Roofing Foreman Requirements Experience in roofing, construction, or outside sales preferred Strong closer with leadership potential (or current leadership experience) Comfortable working in the field, including canvassing and inspections Self-motivated, accountable, and driven by performance Valid driver's license and clean driving record Willingness to work evenings/weekends as needed Take pride in leading crews that deliver quality work from start to finish.
