STEEL ERECTION & CARPENTRY FOREMAN
- Build Steel Buildings. Frame Homes. Lead Great Crews. Schultz Construction is looking for an experienced Steel Erection & Carpentry Foreman to lead crews on a diverse range of projects including pre-engineered steel buildings, commercial construction, and residential homes . Our in-house crews perform steel erection, wood framing, and general carpentry, providing steady work and opportunities to expand your skills. What You'll Do Lead and supervise steel erection and carpentry crews Construct pre-engineered metal buildings Frame residential homes, duplexes, apartments, and commercial structures Read and interpret blueprints and construction plans Coordinate manpower, materials, and equipment Maintain a safe, organized, and productive jobsite Train and mentor crew members Ensure projects meet company quality standards and schedules Work closely with Superintendents and Project Managers throughout the construction process Qualifications ✔ 5+ years of construction experience ✔ Experience in steel erection and/or wood framing ✔ Previous crew leadership or foreman experience preferred ✔ Ability to read blueprints and layout work ✔ Strong knowledge of carpentry practices and building methods ✔ Commitment to safety, quality, and productivity ✔ Valid driver's license Why Work for Schultz Construction?
