The Job Assist in leading a crew of 3-4 construction laborers Construct pre-engineered post-frame structures from start to finish Read and interpret blueprints and building plans Learn to organize job sites and supervise crews Operate hand and power tools, aerial lifts, and other construction equipment Work from heights up to 35 feet on ladders and aerial work platforms Drive a one-ton crew cab truck, haul trailers, and operate skid steers Work outdoors in various weather conditions Reliable, full-time, year-round construction work Training & Leadership Development Designed for high-performing construction professionals, this program combines hands-on experience, mentorship, and structured training to prepare employees for successful careers leading construction crews. In addition to on-the-job coaching, participants begin developing leadership, communication, customer service, scheduling, and project management skills while learning Cleary's proven construction processes. Employees can continue building their professional development through Cleary's internal training programs through Steelwood University including: Professional Human Development (PHD) Maximum Value Pricing (MVP) Branch Manager Production Training Master of Branch Administration (MBA) Certificate Program This position serves as the foundation for future leadership opportunities throughout the company.
