Commercial / Industrial Construction Job Description We are seeking an experienced HVAC Installer Lead / Foreman to oversee HVAC installation crews on commercial and industrial construction projects. This role is hands-on and leadership-focused, responsible for installing HVAC systems while managing jobsite productivity, quality, and safety. Key Responsibilities Lead and supervise HVAC installation crews on job sites Install commercial HVAC systems (RTUs, split systems, ductwork, piping) Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications Plan daily work activities and assign tasks to crew members Ensure work is completed on schedule and meets quality standards Coordinate with project managers, superintendents, and other trades Enforce jobsite safety policies and OSHA requirements Train, mentor, and support apprentices and junior installers Troubleshoot installation issues and resolve field problems Track materials, tools, and equipment needs Qualifications 5+ years of commercial HVAC installation experience Prior lead or foreman experience preferred Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, ductwork, piping, and layouts Ability to read blueprints and construction documents Solid leadership and crew management skills OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 preferred EPA certification preferred Reliable transportation and tools Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in construction environments Pay & Benefits Up to $45/hour , depending on experience Overtime opportunities Steady, long-term work Health, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) with company match (if applicable) PTO and paid holidays (if applicable) Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Shawnee, KS. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $45.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
