This position is ideal for a highly skilled plumber who takes pride in craftsmanship, enjoys mentoring others, and wants to have a direct impact on the success of commercial plumbing projects. Responsibilities Supervise and support plumbers in the field on commercial plumbing projects Ensure installations are completed according to code, plans, specifications, and company standards Perform quality-control inspections and identify issues before they become callbacks Work closely with the Project Manager to coordinate manpower and assist with scheduling Provide training, mentorship, and guidance to apprentice and journeyman-level plumbers Review blueprints, specifications, and construction drawings Coordinate with general contractors, inspectors, and other trades Troubleshoot field challenges and provide practical solutions Monitor productivity and job progress while maintaining quality standards Promote and enforce company safety policies and OSHA requirements Help maintain a positive team culture focused on professionalism, accountability, and craftsmanship Qualifications Extensive experience in commercial plumbing Previous experience leading crews, supervising plumbers, or serving as a foreman preferred Strong understanding of commercial plumbing systems, codes, and installation practices Ability to read and interpret blueprints and specifications Strong communication and leadership skills Ability to teach, mentor, and develop less-experienced plumbers Excellent problem-solving and organizational abilities Valid driver's license with clean driving record What We're Looking For We are looking for someone who cares about doing the job right.
