Job Description
Czarniecki Construction, Inc. specializes in the supply and installation of toilet accessories, fire protection specialties, partitions, window treatments, wall coverings, and flagpoles for commercial and industrial projects. With over 30 years of experience, the company is recognized for efficient installations, strong quality control, and reliable service. The Construction Service & Repair Lead is responsible for supporting customers after installation by repairing, adjusting, and maintaining installed construction specialties and finish products. This role focuses on ensuring high-quality workmanship and strong customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities Respond to service calls for installed products, including troubleshooting and repairs. Lead technicians in completing service work, ensuring quality and timeliness. Serve as primary contact for escalated service issues and customer concerns. Manage warranties, service agreements, and repair documentation. Coordinate scheduling, dispatching, and prioritization of service requests. Perform inspections and preventative maintenance on installed specialties and finish products. Coordinate vendors and specialty contractors as needed for repairs. Ensure all service work meets quality standards, specifications, and applicable codes. Maintain accurate service records, repair history, and equipment data. Promote and enforce safety standards and compliance with OSHA regulations. Identify recurring issues and recommend long-term solutions or improvements. Assist with cost estimates, quotes, and parts/material procurement. Qualifications High school diploma or GED required; technical or trade certification preferred. 5+ years of experience in service, repair, construction, or facilities maintenance. 2+ years of leadership or supervisory experience preferred. Experience supporting installed products or post-construction service operations. Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals. Strong customer service and problem-solving skills. Working knowledge of OSHA and safety standards. Occasionally required to lift or move items up to 80 lbs. (25 lbs. Consistently).
