This position is responsible for managing field operations, coordinating manpower and materials, maintaining schedules, ensuring safety and code compliance, and delivering high-quality workmanship. Key Responsibilities Lead, supervise, and mentor crews of up to 10 electricians and apprentices. Plan daily work activities, assign tasks, and ensure productivity and quality standards are met. Read and interpret blueprints, specifications, schedules, and electrical drawings. Oversee installation of conduit, switchgear, panelboards, lighting systems, power distribution equipment, equipment connections, and rough-in/finish electrical work. Ensure all work complies with NEC requirements, OSHA regulations, project specifications, and local codes. Manage multiple projects while maintaining schedules, quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction. Conduct safety meetings, identify jobsite hazards, and maintain a safe work environment. Serve as the primary field contact for customers, contractors, inspectors, and project management. Coordinate labor, tools, equipment, and materials to support project schedules. Maintain daily reports, labor tracking, change orders, inspections, punch lists, and closeout documentation. Troubleshoot electrical issues and respond to service calls as needed. Required Qualifications Journeyman or Master Electrician license preferred. 5+ years of commercial and/or industrial electrical construction experience. 2+ years of experience leading crews as a Foreman, Lead Electrician, or similar supervisory role. Strong knowledge of the National Electrical Code (NEC), OSHA regulations, and electrical construction practices. Ability to read and interpret blueprints, one-line diagrams, specifications, and construction documents. Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Experience coordinating with project managers, general contractors, inspectors, and customers. Valid driver's license with a satisfactory driving record. Preferred Qualifications Industrial electrical construction experience. OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification. Experience with design-build and fast-track construction projects. Experience training and mentoring apprentices. Familiarity with scheduling and project management software. Physical Requirements Ability to lift up to 50 pounds on a regular basis. Ability to work from ladders, lifts, scaffolding, and bucket trucks. Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and work in varying weather conditions.
