Bowling Green, KY Position Summary Steadfast is seeking an experienced and motivated Commercial Electrical Foreman to lead field operations on commercial electrical projects in the Bowling Green area. This role is responsible for supervising crews, coordinating daily job site activities, ensuring quality workmanship, and maintaining a safe, productive work environment. Key Responsibilities- Lead, supervise, and support electrical crews on commercial job sites
- Plan, organize, and assign daily tasks based on project schedules and priorities
- Read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and electrical drawings
- Coordinate with project managers, general contractors, and other trades
- Ensure all work meets NEC codes, local regulations, and company standards
- Maintain job site safety, conduct safety meetings, and enforce OSHA compliance
- Track materials, equipment, and labor to ensure efficient project execution
- Identify and resolve field issues, delays, or conflicts proactively
- Train and mentor apprentices and junior electricians
- Complete daily reports, time tracking, and documentation accurately
- Assist with project scheduling and progress updates Qualifications
- 5+ years of commercial electrical experience required
- Journeyman Electrical License required
- Prior foreman or supervisory experience preferred
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems, construction practices, and NEC codes
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and schematics
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- OSHA 10 or 30 certification preferred Physical Requirements
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Work in various environments (indoor/outdoor, heights, confined spaces)
