Join our team as a Foreman and lead Division 9 projects to success. Our company specializes in delivering high-quality commercial finishes, and we're looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in creating exceptional results.
Responsibilities:
Supervise and manage daily on-site activities for Division 9 commercial finishes projects, ensuring quality, safety, and efficiency. Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and crew members to meet project timelines and budgets. Interpret blueprints, specifications, and work orders to guide crews effectively. Monitor and enforce safety protocols, ensuring a safe work environment for all team members. Inspect work for compliance with project standards and address any issues proactively. Maintain tools, equipment, and materials inventory on-site. Provide leadership and mentorship to crew members, fostering a collaborative and productive team environment.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Foreman or supervisor in commercial construction, with a strong focus on Division 9 finishes (framing, drywall, ceilings, etc.). Strong understanding of construction processes, materials, and safety protocols. Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical documents. Exceptional organizational and time-management skills. Strong communication and leadership abilities, with the capacity to motivate and manage a team. Proficiency with construction tools and equipment. Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to job sites as needed.
