Job Description

Construction Foreman (Project Position) $70,000-$80,000/year Temporary Project - Approximately 1 Year We're seeking an experienced Construction Foreman to oversee daily job site operations for a long-term construction project. This is a great opportunity for someone with strong leadership skills who enjoys working in the field and keeping projects on schedule.
Responsibilities:
Supervise daily construction activities and job site operations. Review project plans/specifications Maintain daily jobsite/project reports. Coordinate crews, subcontractors, and project schedules. Ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and according to quality standards. Maintain a safe work environment and enforce safety procedures. Communicate with project management regarding progress and job site needs. Monitor labor productivity
Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED required. Minimum 5 years of commercial construction experience . Minimum 2 years of foreman, crew leadership, or construction supervisory experience . Strong knowledge of commercial construction methods, materials, tools, and equipment. Experience supervising crews and coordinating subcontractors/trades. Ability to read and understand project plans, specifications, and schedules. Strong knowledge of job site safety and OSHA requirements. Ability to coordinate labor, materials, and equipment while keeping work on schedule. Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills. Reliable transportation.
Position Details:
Temporary project expected to last approximately 1 year.
Salary:
