They work 75% re-roofing and 25% service, successfully delivering small repairs to major re-roofing projects valued up to $8m. What you will be doing Manage daily roofing activities to ensure timely project completion Lead, train, and manage roofing crews to maintain high productivity Enforce company safety regulations, and ensure proper safety protocols Inspect work, address issues, and maintain high-quality standards Serve as the main point of contact between the field and office What you'll need 3
