Job Description Job Description Job Description We are seeking a skilled and dependable Construction & Maintenance Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in commercial and residential construction, remodeling, and property maintenance. This position requires an individual who can work idenependently, maintain high-quality workmanship, and perform a wide variety of construction trades while ensuring projects are completed safely, efficiently and on schedule. Resposibilities, Perform commercial and residential roofing repairs and installations. Fabricate and install custom metal flashing and trim using a metal brake. Complete commercial and residential remodeling projects. Perform Interior painting, including surface preparation, priming, finishing, and clean up. Install laminate, solid surface, quartz, and other countertop systems. Install and repair interior and exterior trim, including baseboards, crown molding, window and door casings, fascia, and soffits. Install and repair interior seamless and sectional rain gutter systems. Install and repair commercial and residential exterior siding. Hang, tape, mud, sand, repair, and finish drywall to a paint-ready surface. Perform commercial and residential framing, including walls, floors, ceilings, roofs, and structural repairs. Install and replace commercial and residential windows and doors, ensuring proper fit, weatherproofing, and operation. Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and project specifications. Operate power tools, hand tools, ladders, lifts, and other construction equipment safely. Maintain clean and organized job sites. Communicate effectively with supervisors, customers, subcontractors and team members. Follow all OSHA and company safety policies and procedures. Assist with emergency repairs and general building maintenance as needed.
